Mike Buesing - renowned independent Xerox service tech Mike started his long career as a Xerox tech starting in 1973. He spent his first 8 yearss with Xerox working in a refurbishing factory in Arlington. He worked his way up the seniority list doing several jobs that have become the roots of what he still does. The way the copiers were refurbished was: 1. Strip them down to the frame and wash and clean all the modules as well as the main frame. 2. Reassemble the copier, replace old parts and 'high useage' parts. Then get the copier to pass a copy. 3. Set it back to factory specs. Get it to look cosmetically perfect. Mike then moved on and spent 2 years in the field as a 'tech rep'. He left the comforts of Xerox and joined a company that started the first independent service company to specialize in repairing Xerox copiers. After 10 years with them he started A-Tech in 1993.
